Dulce the Xolo | Day of the Dead Edition

Handmade Xoloitzcuintle, Día de Muertos Inspired

A$64.99

Sweet by name, sweet by nature. Dulce sits tall with her ears up, always on guard. Her golden heart eye is framed in mint and soft peach. Her face is decorated with red and pink flowers, teal swirls and purple dots, and both ears carry a big violet bloom wrapped in deep red. Pink roses, green leaves and red swirls run down her chest between hand-stitched white bones.

The Legend of the Xolo
In Mexica tradition, the Xoloitzcuintle guided souls through Mictlán, the underworld, carrying them across its great river to their final rest. Today it remains a symbol of loyalty and protection, and a beloved part of Día de Muertos.
